By placing an order with Paws&Found, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

Our products
We sell cat collars designed to hold an Apple AirTag. The AirTag is not included and must be bought separately. We source our collars from third-party suppliers and don't manufacture them ourselves. Product photos are supplied by the manufacturers and show what the item looks like. Colours can vary slightly between screens and production batches.

AirTag is a trademark of Apple Inc. Paws&Found is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Intended use
Everything we sell is a cat collar. Nothing on this site is a veterinary product, medicine or medical device. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If your cat is unwell, please speak to a veterinarian.

Supervision
Collars should be used with supervision. Check them regularly and stop using any collar that becomes damaged, frayed or broken.

Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or is listed at an incorrect price.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, and if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

How these terms fit together
These terms are read alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
